How to Install Kodi on Linux

Kodi will run on just about any device with most any operating system.  This has made Kodi the outrageous success that it is.  Many times, Linux users are left out in the cold when it comes to some of the cooler software.  But not so with Kodi.  This install guide will show you how to install Kodi on Linux.  In this tutorial we will be using Linux Mint, but the installation instructions should be the same for most any Debian based Linux.  There won’t be much in the way of graphics here.  It’s so simple and it’s all done from the command line.  So, let’s get started.

Your IP is: Your Connection

Stop your ISP and your government from spying on your activity.  Use a VPN to protect your privacy.  A VPN is an essential tool when you are using any free or low-cost streaming application or service.  Especially if you are using a jailbroken Fire TV or Fire Stick or Android box.  ALWAYS use a VPN if you want the best streaming experience, the best selection of media and don't want your ISP to slow you down or shut you down.  I recommend IPVanish VPN for all my clients and I use it on all my devices.
